These Terms govern your use of letztalkmedia.com and any Letz Talk Media website or page that links to them (the “Site”). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms to the extent allowed by law. If you do not agree, do not use the Site. The Privacy Policy explains information practices; it is a notice, not a promise that changes these Terms.
1. Site purpose and services
The Site describes our Strategic Growth, Organizational Development, Systems Development, Brand Development, Audience Growth, Nonprofit Development, Ministry Development, and Compliance & Organizational Protection services. These may include marketing, social-media, business strategy, operational documentation, and access to useful business tools. Site content is general information. A consultation request, conversation, proposal, or Site visit does not create a client relationship or obligate either party to start a project. Any paid engagement begins only under a written agreement accepted by both parties. That agreement, including its statement of work, controls project scope, fees, payment, deliverables, schedules, ownership, confidentiality, cancellation, and any conflict with these website Terms concerning the project.
2. No professional tax or legal advice; no guaranteed outcome
We help organizations develop strategies, processes, documentation workflows, and operational systems. Unless a signed agreement expressly identifies a properly licensed professional and the professional services they will provide, Site content and Letz Talk Media services are not legal advice, tax advice, accounting advice, an audit opinion, or a certification of compliance. You are responsible for decisions, filings, record accuracy, applicable deadlines, and obtaining advice from your attorney, CPA, tax adviser, or other qualified professional when needed. A review of your workflows does not replace an independent professional examination or represent that a regulator will accept a filing or a record.
Marketing, audience, revenue, fundraising, platform, compliance, and operational outcomes depend on many factors outside our control. Examples, case studies, estimates, and testimonials describe particular circumstances and do not guarantee the same result for another organization. No Site statement overrides the express written terms of a signed engagement.
The Site's illustrative strategy examples and percentages are constructed examples, not reports of actual client performance unless a specific example expressly says otherwise and identifies its source. The starting and ending figures explain the percentage calculations; they do not state what a visitor is likely to achieve. No example promises a particular outcome, timetable, financial return, avoidance of penalties, or compliance determination. We do not make a performance commitment unless it appears expressly in a signed client agreement, and a website example does not amend that agreement.
3. AI and third-party tools
Our Site may discuss or demonstrate AI, social-media, analytics, automation, and other third-party tools. We use third-party AI tools in ordinary work, including ChatGPT, Claude, Grok, Perplexity, and AI features within design and video tools. This may include reviewing inquiry information, drafting replies or proposals, and supporting text, research, design, video, organization, analysis, or implementation in a client project. The providers and tools may change over time; material changes to our information practices will be reflected in our Privacy Policy. AI output can be inaccurate, incomplete, biased, or based on outdated information. We review outputs as appropriate to the work, but neither an AI output nor our use of an AI tool is a legal, tax, accounting, or regulatory opinion or a guarantee of accuracy or compliance. Decisions that affect filings, finances, employment, donor or customer rights, public claims, or legal obligations require review by the client and an appropriately qualified professional where needed.
Providers may change features, pricing, terms, availability, and data practices. Information entered into third-party AI tools may be processed by those providers under their own terms and settings. Any project-specific limits, permissions, approvals, or responsibilities are set in the signed client agreement. We do not use a website disclaimer to override a promise in a signed agreement. Do not submit sensitive records, credentials, or confidential files through the public inquiry form.
4. Your submissions and permitted use
You must be at least 18 and, if acting for an organization, have authority to make the request on its behalf to request a business consultation. Provide accurate information and submit only material you have the right to share. You retain ownership of information you submit. You allow us to use it as reasonably necessary to respond to your inquiry and, if agreed, to prepare a proposal. A separate agreement will govern any client material used during a project. An inquiry does not create a confidentiality agreement or an attorney-client, accountant-client, or fiduciary relationship. Tell us before sharing confidential business information so we can agree on a suitable channel and confidentiality terms.
You may view the Site for personal or internal business evaluation. You may not copy, sell, impersonate, misuse, or interfere with the Site or its content; attempt unauthorized access; submit malicious code; or use the Site unlawfully. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot legally be waived.
5. Intellectual property and portfolio examples
The Site design, text, graphics, marks, and original content are owned by us or used with permission and are protected by applicable law. Client names, marks, and work examples remain subject to their owners’ rights. Displaying a project does not give you permission to reuse client material or imply that a featured organization endorses a particular service. You may link to the Site, but may not imply our endorsement without written permission. Ownership of any client deliverable is determined by the signed project agreement, not these website Terms.
6. External sites and form providers
The Site uses a Netlify-hosted consultation form and may link to other third-party websites or services. We do not control the independent content, availability, or terms of external sites. Review their notices before providing information. Our Privacy Policy explains our handling of information we receive. We may use third-party platforms to deliver a client project as stated in the relevant engagement terms.
7. Site availability and disclaimers
We work to keep Site information useful and current, but we may change or remove content or features without notice. To the extent permitted by law, the Site is provided “as is” and “as available,” without a warranty that it will always be accurate, uninterrupted, secure, or fit for a particular purpose. These Site disclaimers do not change any express promises in a signed service agreement or rights that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.
8. Liability and disputes
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising solely from use of the Site, including lost profits or lost opportunities. This does not exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded. Liability, remedies, dispute resolution, governing law, and venue for a paid engagement belong in the signed client agreement.
9. No online purchase or refund promise
This Site does not presently offer checkout for consulting services. A request for a consultation does not create a purchase. Fees, deposits, cancellation, refunds, expenses, and any subscription or recurring charges must be stated in a written proposal or engagement agreement before a charge is authorized. Do not assume that the purchase, donation, event, or refund terms on another Joy-related website apply here.
10. Changes and contact
We may revise these Terms and will post the current version with its updated date. If a change requires additional notice or consent under applicable law, we will provide it. Questions may be sent to info@letztalkmedia.com or 5720 Citrus Blvd, Unit 10911, New Orleans, LA 70181-5038.
